I read every application myself, usually within a day or two. If it looks like a good fit, I'll send you a short personal video, and we'll set up a 1-on-1 Zoom where you can ask me anything about the program and I can hear more about where you're at and what you're trying to build.

There are only 10-12 spots, so I can't take everyone — but you'll hear back from me either way. I respond to every single person who applies.
